A wide selection of processes in one machine's body. The strength of the vacuum and fanning of the sheets is adjusted automatically, depending on the shape and density of the paper, but fine adjustments can also be made. The loading height of the feed tray is large - 70 mm. When you want to make creasing, you can choose between two thicknesses of the creasing bar: CITO 1.0 for papers of 80-200 g/m2 and metal creasing channel for 200-400 g/m2. The step of the creases can be with a distance of min. 1 mm., max. 999 mm. For perforation, you have the option to do it on paper with a thickness between 80-250 gr./m2 (or 0.2 - 0.4 mm thickness).
Multifunctional automatic creaser. Programmable universal machine for punching, perforating and die-cutting with vacuum feeder. Among the finishing bow ties of its class, it stands out with the rare possibility to make perforations for calendars. Despite its compact size, the Cyklos AirSpeed 450 has an impressive feed speed of 3,000 sheets per hour (A4 sheets). This unique system allows processing all types of paper from 80 to 400 g/m2. Convenient control screen for process management. The Cyklos AirSpeed 450 has a multilingual programmable 18 cm control screen, through which the parameters of the work that the machine has to perform can be set. Determining where the start of the sheet is, the machine automatically positions the sheet according to the program under the knife for either creasing or perforating. If a correction needs to be made - it is done easily and quickly.
The perforating knife itself is made of forged iron and has a long service life, so you can rest assured of the quality of perforating, regardless of the load on the knife. For the convenience of the operator, there are built-in programs for perforation 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 and for a soft book cover. This is apart from the ability to store 60 individual work programs.
The relatively large maximum format for work, 456x800 mm, allows to be used not make prints from digital printers, but also with offset ones. It should be noted that longitudinally you can do perforation, creasing and fine slitting (max. for creasing 40, and for perforation and slitting up to 15 per punch per sheet), while transversely you can perforate and punch/die-cutting (max. hits 13 per sheet).
