Description
Are you looking for a creasing machine that does the job while being cheap, but performing well and offering good carton creasing speed? Then you are on the right page and the right product, because the Cyklos KSL 435 is all that. This machine allows to crease cardboards (can also be laminated) up to 435 mm, and the first crease can be made from the first millimeter of the media. The entire creasing section is moved to one end of the machine to provide a large enough work surface where the creasing boards can be positioned correctly for subsequent creasing. Nevertheless, the KSL 435 rests firmly on the workbench and allows the operator to concentrate only on the work process.
The Cyklos KSL 435 offers the useful extra of being able to fold the different cartons not only straight, but also at an angle (e.g. 45° or 90°). The specially designed angled creasing guide allows you to adjust the media to have creasing in all directions required by the product design. This feature, as an idea, is great for making boxes for items/food etc, as well as making paper bags in small runs or singles.
The stacked parallel linear crease stop allows easy determination of the sought-after place where the crease should be struck. A permanent metric scale displayed on the workbench gives a clear vision of where the limiter should be locked. Taking up the creasing paper is manual. Depending on the task and the density of the paper, additional adjustments can be made during operation.
This efficient machine allows to process various types of paper from 180 to 400 g/m2 for creasing. Of course, thinner media can also be used, but it should not be forgotten that in printing, cardboard (from 180 g/m2 upwards) is creased, and papers (from 170 g/m2 downwards) are folded.
The perforation knife itself is made of forged iron and has a long service life, so you can rest assured of the quality of the crimping, regardless of its load. This machine is a good choice for any copy and/or printing center, publishing house that wants to offer a diverse range of post-print products, such as: books, brochures, folders, postcards, calendars, notebooks, tickets, etc.
Despite its compact size, the individual parts of the Cyklos KSL 435 are manufactured on such industrial metal processing machines. The use of digital drafting of the individual parts, combined with digital real machine control, ensures that every part of the creaser is an exact copy of the conceptual design of the Cyclos engineers and realistically meets the calculated workload and time. That is why we offer up to 60 months warranty on the machine, so that you can not only get your money back for the purchase, but also get even greater added value!
The installation of reliable components is the basis of any quality machine, therefore the manufacturer - the Czech company Cyklos has built into the KSL 435: stable fastening elements, high-quality aluminum castings, as well as mechanical parts of quality steel. All this is done to ensure long and busy use. At Cyclos, every machine, regardless of whether it is "complex" with built-in electronics or "simple" - containing only mechanical parts, meets European standards for reliability and long-term use. Behind all this is more than 100 years of constant striving for improvement and quality.
