Description
The Uchida VS-200 is a heavy-duty paper drill to handle regular drilling work, while retaining simplicity of use.
By rotating the pre-programmed pitch bar dial, the desirable hole pitch can be selected from several pitch patterns. One, two, three or four holes are perfectly positioned and choice of bit sizes up to 9mm can be used. Removing the adaptor allows you to drill from 10mm - 13mm holes for more options on drilling. The ability to adjust the back margin increases the flexibility of the work the Uchida VS-200 can take on. A programmable element covering the most commonly needed sizes keeps any training to a minimum.
The self-centring guides ensure that the paper is always in the correct position when drilling. Programmable feature keeps the operation simple. The 50mm pile height provides the productivity needed, while a clamp will hold the paper to prevent movement while drilling. Waste is collected in a container for convenience and ease of emptying. Teflon coated drill bits are available for drilling difficult stocks.
