The machine settings are intuitive and easy to understand. All functions are displayed in the form of pictograms to eliminate the language barrier that may arise if the language is not understood. All machine settings are made via the touch screen before starting work. This allows for precise adjustment of all parameters. The EZF-600 can also store up to 36 types of fine adjustment of work, apart from the standard saved programs.
The Uchida EZF-600 automatically recognizes the size of paper you loaded and adjust the paper stops to your selected fold. Then the feed tray automatically raises, paper feeding starts and the stacking wheels automatically adjust to the folded sheet. When folding is complete the paper feed tray lowers and the folder shuts down.
The folded output comes out neatly from the rear tray, and you can stop the machine to collect it. Despite the high speed, the machine can fold media from 46.5 to 160 gsm. If that's not enough ;-) Uchida EZF-600 can make a single fold on cardboard up to 230 gsm. This wide range of paper handling covers over 90% of the paper used in printing houses, copy centers or offices.
