The Stago PB 1000 series machines are suitable for perforating larger stacks of paper in offices, law firms, schools, government agencies, copy shops and small printing houses. The ergonomic, simple and robust design allows them to be used in a wide range of applications. Stacks of paper up to 60 mm can be perforated in an easy-to-use manner and without much effort.
The Stago PB 1015 is a heavy-duty paper drill to handle regular drilling work, while retaining simplicity of use.
By rotating the pre-programmed pitch bar dial, the desirable hole pitch can be selected from several pitch patterns. One, two, three or four holes are perfectly. The model allows you to punch a stack of paper with a thickness of up to 60 mm, but here you can use drills with a diameter of 2 mm to 15 mm (from 9 to 15 mm an adapter is put on to grip the drill). The ability to adjust the back margin increases the flexibility of the work the Stago PB 1015 can take on. A programmable element covering the most commonly needed sizes keeps any training to a minimum.
Three different table designs enable economical use for many different applications. The sliding table with programme shaft (SP) allows it to define up to 6 different hole spacing. Precise dual, double, US and also customised perforations are therefore not a problem. The chip removal is performed automatically into a collection bag.
The resulting hole has smooth edges and is even. Thanks to its movable table and the plate with fixed holders, you can perform an unlimited number of paper punching operations. The model allows you to punch a stack of paper up to 60 mm thick, but here you can use drills with a diameter of 2 mm to 13 mm (from 9 to 15 mm an adapter is installed to hold the drill).
The ergonomic design of the machine allows for almost effortless operation with a hand lever. For maximum productivity and performance, we recommend the sliding table option. The freely adjustable distance of the sliding table with a program shaft (there are 6 ready-made of the most common hole patterns) allow for economical use even with small volumes.
However, it is not only paper that can be punched, but cardboard, textiles, leather, plastics, etc. can also be machined by a wide range of drill bits with hole diameters of 2-15 mm.

All types of coating have a diameter of Ø 2.0-20.0 mm. We keep in stock sizes Ø 2.0-10.0 mm as standard. Delivery of special coatings or sizes larger than Ø 10 is within 10 days.
