The Pressomatic adds a touch of premium quality to any hard cover finishing job. Dramatically improve the appearance of all your hard cover books with Fastbind Pressomatic™.
With the Pressomatic™ you can add grooves to hardcover books up to 40mm thickness. No adjustments are required when changing from one thickness to another. The press height is easily adjustable by having 5 diferent levels. The hot platen that helps create the crease inside the Pressomatic™ is located deep inside the machine, keeping it safely away from the operator. And with its compact design, the Pressomatic™ fits easily on almost any table.
The Fastbind Pressomatic™ is an automated thermal press designed to make grooves quickly and easily. After a brief warm up period, the press is ready to go. Simply put your hard cover book into the press, push the button, and let the machine do the work.
Your hardcover books get symmetrical, deep, smooth grooves that fit snugly against the book block... every time. You can add grooves regardless of the size or finish of the hardcover (e.g.: leather, textile, vinyl, faux leather, etc.).
A complete solution for long-term use. Thanks to its Finnish design, you will be able to enjoy many hours of continuous work without fatigue with this hardcover groover.

The electronics are minimized to avoid possible problems with peaks and dips in the electrical supply. The working process is such that each step naturally follows the previous one and cannot be confused. It would not be wrong to say that the Finnish spirit of quality and reliability is built into it. The Geprüfte Sicherheit ("Tested Safety") or GS mark is a voluntary certification mark for technical equipment. It indicates that the equipment meets German and, if available, European safety requirements for such devices. The main difference between GS and CE mark is that the compliance with the European safety requirements has been tested and certified by a state-approved independent body. CE marking, in contrast, is issued for the signing of a declaration that the product is in compliance with European legislation. The GS mark is based on the German Equipment and Product Safety Act ("Geräte- und Produktsicherheitsgesetz", or "GPSG". Although the GS mark was designed with the German market in mind, it appears on a large proportion of electronic products and machinery sold elsewhere in the world.
