CYKLOS CFM 700 - a desktop friction type paper folding machine. With more advanced functions than the other Cyklos model - CFM 600. The machine is designed for precise and fast folding of advertising brochures, letters, presentation materials, etc. works with different types of folds: letter, zig-zag, single fold, gate, double parallel fold, brochure, half accordion. It is equipped with a belt conveyor for better paper reception, which has installed: counter, speed control, perforating and creasing rollers for cross folding.
The CYKLOS CFM 700 folding machine is a practical combination device with an integrated creasing and perforating module, so that you may not need a second machine for further processing the sheets. The folding machine also has a counting device for the sheets that have passed through the machine, as well as output conveyors that neatly arrange your folded sheets on the adjustable telescopic table. The types of folds are set via adjustable stops on the folding plates. Fine adjustment, if necessary to correct the offset of the printed image / design, can be done via a toothed screw.
CYKLOS paper folder CFM 700 is designed to be able to make 6 different types of paper folds + making perforation in two places (with two perforation wheels included in the set) + cross wheel to be able to make cross folding. Adjustment and setting for each desired type of folding is easy and fast. No special training is required to use the machine.
Czech engineers have tried to develop a device that can withstand heavy loads at an affordable price. The machine folds up to 120 sheets per minute, which makes 7200 sheets per hour! All folded sheets come out neat and the same, so they can be delivered to the customer quickly.
The compact design and the quality of the work output are sufficient criteria for any user to trust the work of the CYKLOS CFM 700. The tray allows loading a stack of 300 sheets of paper to speed up the execution of orders. The operator can manage the speed of work by adjusting the rotary knob and the digital display. The sample function is a good solution for setting up the order and reducing scrap in the work.
The kit includes 2 wheels for making perforations and one wheel that allows folded sheets to be folded crosswise to create a working wheel for the book body. We offer the production of non-standard / unique wheels for special assignments.

What does Cyklos mean?
Why Cyklos and what is Choltice? Cyklos has no link to bicycles or cycling even though many people still think so. The name comes out of the term "cyclo - style", which is derived from a process which repeats cyclically. This term was used for a long time in our factory concerning to fabrication of stencil duplicators which was our main field before we converted to print finishing in the 1990s.
And Choltice? Choltice is a small village with a lovely chateau and gorgeous park laying some 12 km southwest of the city of Pardubice in the heart of the Czech Republic. The factory itself is settled a little bit outside the village Choltice.
