This creasing and punching machine has a working width of 95 mm to 450 mm and is designed for the final processing of printed materials up to SRA3 format. When creasing, you can choose between three thicknesses of creasing: CITO 1.2 mm and CITO 1.5 mm for papers of 80-150 g/m2 and 160-250 g/m2, respectively. and a separate "metal" crimping channel 1.8 mm for media with a density between 250-400 g/m2. The step of the creases can be with a distance of min. 2 mm. Min. creasing length is 95 mm. The manufacturer declares that laminated media can also be creased easily, for which you only need to install the correct crease chute.
The paper is taken up for creasing manually. Depending on the task and the thickness of the paper, additional adjustments can be made during operation. On both sides of the machine you have two aligners that are positioned and fixed for the exact creasing position. This way you can make 2 creases at a time. This way of working is suitable, for example, when preparing for the publication of a book and in particular creasing the soft cover of a book.
