This calendar crescent punch is ideal for small runs. Customers often order their calendars at the last possible moment and want them ready "for yesterday". The Calendar Punch CP 20 makes this possible quickly and easily. This Czech-made device saves time and money for any advertising agency, photo studio, printing house, copy center, etc.
Calendar Punch CP 20 has a built-in rounding knife, which allows to cut media with a total thickness of up to 3 mm at a time (after all, this is a manual machine). For their precise positioning on the side of the device there is a built-in movable millimeter aligner, with which the operator can easily measure the middle of the calendar and, accordingly, the place for cutting the half-moon. Once the middle of the calendar has been established, the aligner is fixed with the rotating button on the side and the handle is pressed down to cut the inserted media.
The feed is fixed regardless of the shape and density of the media. The loading height of the feed workspace is - 3 mm. The entire construction of the machine allows for easy cleaning from cuttings, as well as Calendar Punch CP 20 support. The drive mechanics are tailored to the possibility of being used by operators with little physical strength and to save energy in operation. The short arm combined with the maximum loading height has been calculated by our engineers so that each operator is comfortable using the device. It is important that the CYKLOS Calendar Punch CP 20 is placed on a stable table to ensure safety. Please do not forget to clean the machine at certain intervals so that the life of the device as a whole and the rounding tool is as long as possible.

What does Cyklos mean?
Why Cyklos and what is Choltice? Cyklos has no link to bicycles or cycling even though many people still think so. The name comes out of the term "cyclo - style", which is derived from a process which repeats cyclically. This term was used for a long time in our factory concerning to fabrication of stencil duplicators which was our main field before we converted to print finishing in the 1990s.
And Choltice? Choltice is a small village with a lovely chateau and gorgeous park laying some 12 km southwest of the city of Pardubice in the heart of the Czech Republic. The factory itself is settled a little bit outside the village Choltice.
