Description
It is a simple, robust machine for a variety of loads and uses. Its maintenance is easy, and the manufacturer from the Czech Republic, the company Cyklos, promises you a long, trouble-free use. This machine allows you to crease cardboard (can also be laminated) up to 320 mm in size, and the first fold can be made from the first millimeter of the media . The entire creasing section is moved to one end of the machine to provide a large enough work surface for the creasing boards to be positioned correctly for subsequent creasing. Nevertheless, the Cyklos GPM 320 rests firmly on the workbench and allows the operator to concentrate only on the work process.
This creasing and perforating machine has a working width of 320 mm and is designed for finishing printed materials up to this size. The creasing and perforating knives themselves are made of forged iron and have a long service life, so you can be sure of the quality, regardless of the load on the knife. The complex parallel linear creasing stop allows you to easily determine the desired place where the crease should be struck. The permanent metric scale depicted on the work table gives a clear vision of where the stop should be locked. The paper for creasing is taken up manually. Depending on the task and the density of the paper, additional adjustments can be made during operation.
Two important functions in one compact body. This machine is a good choice for any copy and/or printing center, publishing house that wants to offer a diverse range of post-print products, such as: books, brochures, folders, postcards, calendars, notebooks, tickets, etc. Cyklos GPM 320 allows to crease various types of paper from 80 to 400 g/m2 for creasing. Perforation can be done in the range of 60 - 250 g/m2, the limit being determined by the height of the "teeth" of the perforation knife. We also offer the manufacture of perforating knives with individual parameters.
The machine creases and perforates. For perforation, you can do it on paper with a thickness between 60-250 g/m2 (or 0.2 - 0.4 mm thick). When creasing, you can choose between three crease thicknesses: CITO 0.8, CITO 1.1 and CITO 1.5 mm, respectively, for papers of 80-120 g/m2, 120-200 g/m2 and 200-400 g/m2. The step between the creases can be set with a distance between them of min. 1 mm. Min. length for creasing the media from the end is 45 mm. The working length of the media for creasing is practically unlimited, because the sheet passes freely on both sides of the device.
The installation of reliable components is the basis of any quality machine, therefore the manufacturer - the Czech company Cyklos has built into the GPM 320: stable fastening elements, high-quality aluminum castings, as well as mechanical parts of quality steel. All this is done to ensure long and busy use. At Cyclos, every machine, regardless of whether it is "complex" with built-in electronics or "simple" - containing only mechanical parts, meets European standards for reliability and long-term use. Behind all this is more than 100 years of constant striving for improvement and quality.
Despite its compact size, the individual parts of the Cyklos GPM 320 are manufactured on such industrial metal processing machines. The use of digital drafting of the individual parts, combined with digital real machine control, ensures that every part of the creaser is an exact copy of the conceptual design of the Cyclos engineers and realistically meets the calculated workload and time. That is why we offer up to 60 months warranty on the machine, so that you can not only get your money back for the purchase, but also get even greater added value!
