The heavy-duty desktop corner rounder CYKLOS Electric Corner Rounder ECR 40 is designed to provide multi-punching capabilities through a variety of interchangeable cutting tools. The corner rounder turns ordinary square-cornered papers into striking, professionally looking documents with smooth round corners. Ideal for business cards, playing cards, brochures, etc. Cuts also light-weight metal, PVC, card stock, polyester, leather, dibond, etc. It comes equipped with one standard cutting unit of your choice (radius 4, 6, 9, 12, 18 mm, and straight knife 28 mm).
The feeding is adjustable, depending on the shape and density of the media, but other fine adjustments can be made. The loading height of the working space for rounding is - 40 mm. The entire construction of the machine allows for easy cleaning of cuttings, as well as maintenance and lubrication of the parts of the CYKLOS Electric Corner Rounder ECR 400. The drive mechanism is adapted to the possibility of being used by operators with little physical strength and to save energy in operation. It is important that the rounding device is placed on a stable table to ensure safety. What does Cyklos mean?
Why Cyklos and what is Choltice? Cyklos has no link to bicycles or cycling even though many people still think so. The name comes out of the term "cyclo - style", which is derived from a process which repeats cyclically. This term was used for a long time in our factory concerning to fabrication of stencil duplicators which was our main field before we converted to print finishing in the 1990s.
And Choltice? Choltice is a small village with a lovely chateau and gorgeous park laying some 12 km southwest of the city of Pardubice in the heart of the Czech Republic. The factory itself is settled a little bit outside the village Choltice.
